An important part of feeling good is what you put in your mouth! I believe that getting people in the kitchen and cooking more often is a great step towards overall better health. I have been vegetarian for 20 years, and am passionate about teaching others that plant-based eating can be delicious, simple and exciting! It's easy to get stuck in a rut and find yourself serving a meat main course and vegetables as an afterthought, if at all. I love working with groups to prepare healthy vegetarian fare, including plant based proteins. During my classes, I spend time discussing why certain foods are beneficial, and how to incorporate them more often.
