The first step to working with me is to schedule an initial health consultation. This 30 minute meeting is free and can be done in person or via phone. Prior to our talk, you will complete two forms with information including your diet, lifestyle, and concerns.  We'll discuss your needs and see if we are a good fit!

3 Month Reboot

  • Two 50-minute sessions a month for 3 months.

You have the best of intentions when it comes to your health, but for various reasons, you have been lacking on the follow through. If you're ready to make some lasting changes, gain more energy, and create positive forward momentum in several areas of your life, this package is for you!  You'll have personalized guidance, a hand to hold, some tough love and real accountability.  After 3 months, you’ll be charged up and ready with some practical tricks and tips to make it stick.

6 Month Deep Dive

This package is designed for those who are ready to commit to developing new, healthy habits, ones that are manageable and will stick.  While weight loss is not the primary focus, it is often a side effect of the positive changes you'll be making.  We'll focus on primary and secondary foods and how they influence your day-to-day, as well as "crowding out" and understanding cravings.

Pantry Detox or Grocery Store Tour

Choose either or both to kick off your healthy lifestyle! 

For the detox, together we will go through your pantry and refrigerator to weed out the foods that are weighing you down and keeping you from feeling your best.  We will focus on healthier alternatives and discuss labeling, easy ways to add flavor, healthy fats, etc.  I will also include a few recipes to get you kick-started with your new, improved pantry!  90 minutes, $75.  Email Me with questions or to schedule.

For the grocery store tour, we'll take a trip together to your favorite supermarket and search out the best options for you and your family.  We'll discuss new produce and products to try based on your preferences, and we'll decode labels to find cleaner alternatives to your current favorites.  The grocery store tour will also include recipes for your new purchases so you can get started right away!
